Booking and Planning the Smooth Running of your Stand

Are you a first time exhibitor with us?

Then call us now for "Introductory Offer"

                     

Choose your stand and return completed Booking Form to us.

No stand spaces have been reserved for favourites, it's "first come first served".

Upon booking, we shall request you to pay a 25% deposit to confirm your choice of stand with the balance payable four weeks later. 

Once the stand is booked, you may need to arrange electrical supply, hire of display stands, refrigeration & catering equipment, tables/chairs, accomodation and your catalogue entry - amongst other details.  A Show Handbook will be posted to all exhibitors but forms can also be downloaded by following the links below or for further information or queries, you can either get in touch by phone or by email through the Contact Form.

Meridian Services Ltd are our designated Stand & Electrical Contractors and any additional electrical requirements, not already included in your stand package, should be ordered direct with them.  Order Form will be available shortly.

Shevill Exhibitions, www.k-shevill.co.uk, are our designated contractors for the hire of refrigerated display units, catering equipment and furniture for your stand.
