As far as the organisers, are aware, this is the first North East sited exhibition aimed specifically at the catering trade for around five years and offers a first chance for exhibitors to display their products and the opportunity for visitors to plan the purchase of new lines for 2010.  The show is to be staged at the Rainton Meadows Arena, midway between Durham and Sunderland on the A690.

It will provide opportunities for businesses across the region to exhibit alongside companies from throughout the UK.  The Show is supported by Sunderland City Council and with up to stands available in a superb, strategically placed venue, this is a "not to be missed" opportunity.  The event is set to attract customers from a wide variety of catering businesses of all sizes and sectors, from small sandwich shops, convenience stores and mobile caterers, to restaurants, pubs, hotels and the take-away trade including fish and chips.

Marketed and advertised nationally in trade press publications and with a mailout of thousands of tickets, it's a regional show with a national appeal.
