The idea behind a CooperWhite exhibition is to help the people at the sharp-end of the catering industry, by offering a wide variety of products rather than multiples of a few. So why don’t you join major companies including A G Barr, Heinz Foodservice, Jiffy Trucks and Stone Willy’s Pizza for shows to remember.

“The Great Yorkshire Sandwich Snack and Mobile Show” at Elsecar Heritage Centre near Barnsley in May 2008 was our first show as CooperWhite LLP and was also the first catering show ever staged at Elsecar (it was in fact the first show staged there with carpet!).  Each exhibitor offered different products and site staff, exhibitors and visitors were all impressed with the overall set up and selection of products – one lady stayed for five hours, purchased everything she needed for her new business venture and was last to leave – she was “chuffed” when she left!  Most exhibitors had a very successful couple of days and many have already expressed more than a passing interest in returning in 2009. The Elsecar show went so well that we booked the venue again for May 2009.  We knew the same principles would work just as well even further north so "Scotland's Eating Out & Food To Go Show" at Perth Racecourse was launched.

The Perth show is our first show north of the Border and if you take out Edinburgh and Glasgow, it’s a relatively unexplored area for trade catering exhibitions.  This exciting new show is aimed at both the "fast food, grab & go/mobile" and the "sit down/eat out" sectors of this large and ever-expanding market.  Set on both floors of The Nelson Stand, in the beautiful surroundings of Perth Racecourse, the show launches new display concepts, designed to appeal to both discerning exhibitors and visitors alike, with reasonably priced stands including lighting, carpet, catalogue entry and stand cleaning, all helping to make the package irresistible.

Located in the heart of Scotland on the main motorway and rail networks, Perth Racecourse is situated just three miles from the motorway, is only 90 minutes away from 90% of the population of Scotland, with Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow all within an hour's travelling distance and Aberdeen and Inverness within two hours’ drive.  As with "The Great Yorkshire Sandwich, Snack and Mobile Show", the first day of the show will again offer late-night opening, helping busy caterers to find the time to check out the broad selection of goods and services on offer.  The site also offers adjacent parking and disabled access to both floors.
