"There are too many coffee companies exhibiting" - at a recent exhibition there were 37! At another show, 7 security companies!
CooperWhite will place a sensible limit on exhibitor numbers for any particular product.
"I'm not paying for my stand until the last day, then I can complain that I haven't done much business and they'll let me have it cheap."
CooperWhite will request you to pay a deposit upon booking and you pay the balance before you turn up. We can then afford to advertise as we promise and you have the show you expect - the purpose of an exhibition is for all concerned to work together to make it successful for exhibitors, visitors and the organisers.
"I close my shop at 2.30, clear up, do the banking, drive to the exhibition by which time it's after 4pm and the show closes at 5pm - what's the point?"
CooperWhite Exhibitions will open early pm on Day 1 (thereby assisting in reducing exhibitors' set-up costs, ie 1 less night's accommodation required) and will also offer late-night opening on the first day.
"Do the organisers give you tickets to send out?"
CooperWhite is asking every exhibitor to mail or hand out just 150 tickets each - 40 stands = 6,000 tickets out of a total mailing of 20,000. Every exhibitor has existing or potential customers to whom they would like to demonstrate their products - and the customers like to be invited too!
"£10 for a Show Catalogue - that's a joke!"
CooperWhite Show Catalogues will be free of charge.
"I've just had to walk over half a mile in the pouring rain from the car park".
CooperWhite, unfortunately, can't control the weather but the venues chosen for Exhibitions will have adjacent free car parking.
And, as if that's not enough, there will be a free hourly prize draw for visitors - but the winner must be in the hall to win. At Elsecar the winners received a DAB radio with CD player.
